Responsible for downsizing the exit business team from 25 to 9 members; optimizing platform server costs and migrating from AWS to Alibaba Cloud, reducing costs from $150K USD/M to $45K USD/M; exit business system product iteration; KYT and KYC risk system management; account management fee collection logic and distributed collection; managed $500M+ USD in ETH Staking; dormant user reactivation; big data system hot backup & snapshots, user behavior business analytics; iterative enhancement of compliance investigation systems.

Served as CTO of Quickparking, the second-largest parking system service provider and operator in Hainan. Delivered integrated online-to-offline system services and operations for 280 parking lots across 3 major cities in Hainan. Built a cloud-station-terminal information service solution using the MQTT protocol, achieving 30-second periodic device health checks, gate opening and fee collection with less than 1.5 seconds latency, local video storage with async upload, real-time video capture for anomalies, issue localization, and maintenance staff dispatch. Built on Java Spring + C# + IoT + Edge Device + MySQL + Storage.

Founded an Internet finance information service platform. Built a P2P lending marketplace centered on auto-backed loans and supply chain financing for parallel import vehicle upstream operators. Responsible for full-stack initial build and performance optimization of the financial platform, expanding business across major regions in Northern China and Fujian/Guangdong for parallel import vehicles. Achieved fund custody with Huishang Bank and Level 3 information security certification. The platform served over 50,000 users, with cumulative transaction volume exceeding ¥2 billion and an outstanding loan portfolio of ¥250 million — ranking among the top 10 vertical P2P platforms of the era. Built on PHP + MySQL + Hadoop.

Built the Shangnuo Financial Asset Management System. Led an Internet finance asset management R&D team, implementing due diligence, risk assessment, scorecard mechanisms, loan origination and monitoring, loan management, post-loan risk management, borrower business analysis, and reporting systems based on financing guarantee licenses. Developed using Java Spring with MySQL as the data storage solution.
